What is Dharma Sharing?
In the Plum Village tradition, Dharma sharing is a community practice where individuals gather in small groups—called a Sangha—to share their personal experiences, joys, and difficulties with mindfulness practice. It is a form of applied Buddhism intended to build collective insight and support through the twin practices of deep listening and loving speech.
The guidelines for Dharma Sharing below are adapted from Jo-ann Rosen's book Unshakeable: Trauma-Informed Mindfulness for Collective Awakening.
